The Story Behind Braciole -
"I learned to make Bracioline while living in Sicily, where my husband's family is from. His mom taught me the traditional way, and I've adapted the recipe to bring a taste of Italy to your BBQ, specifically drawing from the rich culinary traditions of his hometown, Messina. This authentic touch brings a unique flavor profile to our Braciole skewers.
Our Braciole will be pre-made and raw, ready for you to throw on the grill. And to take it to the next level, we're including our homemade Salmoriglio sauce (that's Italian for "magic sauce"). Get ready to impress your friends and family with this authentic Italian flavor!"
